Walk Against Hunger // Sponsered by Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger

Collect Contributions

People participate in the Walk Against Hunger in several ways – walking (by yourself, with family and friends, or as part of a registered team); fund raising (by collecting contributions to support the miles you tread); and by encouraging other caring individuals to walk and raise funds as well.

Set a fundraising goal and begin early to find sponsors. Ask those who are not walking to support your participation by making an online contribution for your effort. This year, we’ve made it even easier to keep track of your sponsors and their gifts. Just register as a walker then create a personal web page. You can email directly from your page, encouraging sponsors to make a donation through the website. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Register for the Walk Against Hunger
Step 2: Create an account by selecting a Username and Password
Step 3: Once registered and logged in, follow the online instructions for creating your personal               Walk web page

If you prefer, you can still collect and record contributions using the Contribution Form. Just click on the link below and print the form.

Completed forms, along with cash, checks, or money orders, will be accepted at Walk Headquarters anytime before or after the Walk. On Walk day, you can turn in the forms and contributions at a special booth at the Eakins Oval. We suggest that to avoid the long lines on Walk day, you send or personally deliver your forms and dollars to:

Walk Against Hunger
2901 W. Hunting Park Avenue
Philadelphia, PA 19129

Please do not mail cash.
